Main switch with 3 cooking functions, timer selector and flue equipped with opening device. The door has a folding interior for easy cleaning. Available in either 6 x 1/1, 10 x 1/1, 10 x 2/1 or 20 x 1/1 gastronorm containers capacity.
Built in removable grease filter is fitted as standard.
