The bench model potato peeling machine is available in 4.5Kg. (10lb) and 6.8Kg. (15lb) capacity. The peelers are constructed from non-corrosive aluminium alloy castings, with the spindle housing and chute cast integrally, eliminating joints and possible leakage. The bench models may be mounted on our tubular pedestals, sink sides or on our mobile trolley. The peelers comply with all relevant safety standards, and are designed for ease of maintenance and cleaning.

The Metcalfe range of heavy duty waste disposer units have been designed to cope quickly, efficiently, hygienically and safely with all types of food waste including small bones, skin, preparation and table waste, which are all ground into fine particles and washed away into the drainage system, thus eliminating unhygienic scrap bins and costly refuse collection.

Three units are available, WD-50F freestanding unit which is available with or without stainless steel side panels. WD-50S for mounting under the sink bowl. WD-50H hopper unit for welding or screwing into a stainless steel worktop or tabling.

Exclusive to the range is the electrical control equipment which reduces the input voltage of 240 volts to 12 volts and ensures greater safety in the possible event of an electrical fault.
