Mitchell & Cooper (Manufacturers of Catering Equipment) Silicon Flex Volcano Baking Mould (15 Hole). Made in Italy the bake moulds are safe at a wide range of temperatures from -60ºC to +230ºC (-76ºF + 446ºF) and can be used in Non Flame Gas Oven, Electric Oven, Microwave, Grill, Freezer or Blast Chiller.
They can be transferred directly from freezer to oven without any variation in the material.
