Cast Iron Contact Grills and Panini Machines

The Roller Grill Contact Grills are perfect for cooking everything from a steak or a toasted sandwich (panini) to kebabs, teriyaki, fish fillets or chicken. Fast, fresh cooking time after time these grills are a must where speed and quality are key. Cooking is thermostatically controlled and an electronic timer is a standard fitting.
The Double Panini Contact Gril lwith it's massive cooking surface of 720 x 240mm is one of the largest contact grills available, it is capable of cooking up to 6 panini's or 12 quarter pound burgers in one go.
A Roller Grill contact grill cooks faster than you can fry a portion of chips.

Compact Griddles

Enamelled griddle plates to cook meat, bacon, fish, hamburgers, sausages, onions... and also for fried eggs and omelettes… Healthy and quick cooking with the mirror smooth plate for a direct temperature transfer. Perfectly homogenous cooking without any loss of heat thanks to the Incoloy heating elements of electric versions or star burners of gas models. Easy cleaning: juice and grease draining in the removable drip tray. Stainless steel construction and reinforced insulation. Available in gas as well as electric models, in 3 dimensions. Salamander Grills with sliding raise and lower tops.

Already known and appreciated by well-known chefs, the range of Roller Grill salamanders widens thanks to new models 800mm with movable top. A wide choice of technologies - high speed transparent glassceramic - infrared quartz tubes (1050°C) - incoloy armoured heating elements - gas: high speed infrared double-burner a precise adjustment of the top without any effort thanks to ball bearings and to the counter weight with a fold by fold system. (patented) Easy and safe cleaning; easy access for any technical intervention. 4 salamanders of 60 cm with 2 independent cooking areas. 4 salamanders of 80 cm with 3 independent cooking areas. 4 different technologies according to cooking habits: - SGM 600 / SGM 800: gas salamander with high power double burners (60 mm wide burner). Delivered in LPG with a set of NG injectors. - SEM 600 Q / SEM 800 Q: infrared quartz tubes (1050°C) to grill and glaze plates very quickly. 2 or 3 areas with 4 lamps each. - SEM 600 B / SEM 800 B: armoured heating elements: 2 or 3 heating elements. - SEM 600 VC : SEM 800 VC: glass ceramic: 2 or 3 cooking areas. 570°C on the glass ceramic surface! The SEM600VC can be seen operating in our showroom. If you wish, you can bring food from your own menu to our premises and cook it yourself. As the saying goes, THE PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING. (pardon the pun)

Rotisserie

Spit Rotisseries to roast 2 to 12 chickens. The spits can be adjusted to the heat source, depending on the portions of meat cooked.
The average cooking time for chickens is 80 - 90minutes
Leasing may be arranged subject to status on all of these Rotisseries. This means you have a minimal cash outlay which helps overcome budgetary limitations. Flexibilty in payment terms and equipment. Conservation of the business working capital. Tax Benefits - each lease payment (including latge deposits) can be offset fully against pre-tax profit. This way you can now purchase the best equipment and not the cheapest. Minimum value of equipment for leasing is £1000.00.

Deep Fat Fryers

These professional cold-zone fryers are suitable for all hotels, restaurants and snack bars. Automatic oil filtering by decanting allows you to fry chips, fish, doughnuts etc. in succession using the same oil, using minimal quantities of oil, without carbonisation and, therefore, without transmitting taste or smell.
Accurate and safe thanks to a precise bulb thermostat in stainless steel, a double safety thermostat which cuts out in case of overheating or lack of oil and a microswitch. The baskets are fitted with thermo-setting handles. Easy cleaning; 5 completely removable parts. Oil container can be washed in dishwasher.

Gas Kebab Grill

A shoarma or kebab is a hot sandwich coming from Mediterranean countries. Using lamb, veal, chicken or turkey, it is served in pita bread with fresh vegetables, sald or French fries.
To cook the meat evenly, the Roller Grill kebab machine are fitted with adjustable pilaster and heat source to adapt the cooking to the height and diameter of the carrot-shaped piece of meat.

Refrigerated self-service model for your cold meals, salads, cold starters, fishes, desserts…: in contact, temperature between +2° and +10°C. Contact cold thanks to the pin in contact with the stainless steel plate. No defrost: the pipe of the evaporator is protected from the air! Gas 134A, CFC free. U.H. / Danfoss compressor. Available in 3 colours: Dark wood, Wenge or Light wood. Option: roof. The salad'bar with fixed top are also available for GN 1/1 containers with an height till 100mm (not delivered) according to following models: Refrigerated model SB 40 F (+2° to +10°C) for your cold meals.
