Electric

All electric models are equipped with infra red quartz tubes with independant control by means of a 4 settings selector switch. Features on/off switch for each spit, interior light, large juice collector tray and 2 spit-release devices.

Gas

Gas models are fitted with infrared burners with safety thermocouple and independent control with slow position.
Delivered in LPG with a set of Natural Gas injectors free of charge.
