Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse to the Shop Front, through the categories, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Currently we only accept credit card payment from customers in the UK & Ireland through our online shopping system. If you have any enquiries about this please contact us.

We accept Visa, Delta, Electron, Switch, Solo, Eurocard and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling
All United Kingdom orders of under £100 will have a shipping fee of £10. Orders above £100 will be delivered free of charge. International customers will be contacted with details of shipping fee's prior to dispatch and charges. Please call or email us if you require extra shipping information/options.

Delivery, Returns & Cancellations
We deliver your order right away. You will normally recieve your order within 2 business days of the order being made. You may cancel your order within 7 days of the day after you receive the goods, with no further explanation needed or charges from Catering Equipment Scotland.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For all orders made, 17.5% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. Your statutory rights are not affected. The consumer has the right to a cooling off period during which you may cancel your order for any reason. Simply phone our customer services number or attach a note along with the order and delivery note. You may be asked to pay for the cost of returning the goods. The cost of return is the only charge that may be levied, all other moneys will be returned. Where you exercise the right to cancel, you will receive your money back, within 30 days of cancellation.

Complaints
If you have a a problem with any of the goods or service you receive from this website then do not hesitate to contact us. All complaints will be looked at within 3 days and a response sent out to acknowledge your complaints. We will endeavour to resolve any problems in as short a time period as possible and enquiries will be dealt with fairly and kept 100% confidential.
